Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee child protection programs and MHPSS initiatives.
- Ensure the effective implementation of child safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage strategies for mental health and psychosocial support interventions.
- Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to enhance program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of protection and MHPSS activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field teams on child protection and mental health.
Requirements
- Proven experience in child protection and mental health & psychosocial support.
- Strong coordination and program management skills within humanitarian or development contexts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in challenging and dynamic environments.
