    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the implementation of child protection programs and interventions in Poltava.
    • Assist in monitoring and reporting on child protection issues, risks, and program progress.
    • Contribute to capacity building initiatives for local partners and communities on child protection.
    • Facilitate community engagement and awareness campaigns on child rights and protection.
    • Support case management and referral mechanisms for vulnerable children and their families.
    • Collaborate with government and non-governmental organizations on protection efforts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Rights, International Law, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated commitment to child rights and humanitarian principles.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and in potentially challenging environments.
    • Fluency in English and Ukrainian is highly desirable.
