Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials and services from local and international suppliers, with a focus on Chinese-speaking markets.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and favorable agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement needs and timelines.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations in all procurement processes.
• Utilize fluency in Mandarin Chinese to facilitate seamless communication and build strong relationships with Chinese suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a relevant role.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential for this role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in supply chain operations.
