    • Manage teams working on end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
    • Collaborate with leadership / stakeholders on workforce planning and succession management.
    • Design and implement engagement frameworks to foster workplace culture.
    • Oversee policy implementation and ensure compliance with evolving labour regulations (local and national).
    • Lead appraisal cycles including KRA alignment, mid-year and annual reviews.
    • Interpret workforce analytics to inform hiring, retention, and productivity decisions.
