Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all civil engineering site activities.
- Ensure projects are completed according to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil site engineering, preferably in EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
