Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in common areas, offices, and residential units.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.
- Respond to cleaning requests and address resident concerns promptly.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables according to established procedures.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Assist with other cleaning-related tasks as assigned.
