Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage client bookkeeping and financial reporting processes with high accuracy.
• Ensure timely and efficient accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable management.
• Provide strategic financial support and advisory to a portfolio of growth-stage clients.
• Expertly utilize and manage accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Bill.com.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain and uphold high standards of financial integrity and compliance across all client accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting or finance, ideally within the startup or consumer brand sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, and similar accounting software.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting operations, and AP/AR best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-centric environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related business field.
