    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle walk-in clients in a medical aesthetic / dermatology clinic.
    • Explain doctor-led treatments and convert consultations into paid packages.
    • Manage end-to-end operations of a medical aesthetic / dermatology clinic.
    • Supervise staff and ensure smooth appointment flow and billing accuracy.
    • Maintain inventory, hygiene standards, and track daily revenue.
    • Ensure high service quality and a premium patient experience.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling.
    • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
    • Previous experience in an aesthetic or derma department is must.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic language is must.
