The Client Integration Specialist at First Focus will play a pivotal role in implementing and integrating advanced IT solutions, particularly those offered through their CORE managed IT platform, for clients. This position focuses on enhancing business productivity through AI implementation, automation, cybersecurity, and managed SharePoint services, ensuring seamless client adoption and optimal operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and integration of First Focus’s CORE managed IT solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective IT strategies and integrations.
  • Oversee the deployment of AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT), business automation, cybersecurity, and managed SharePoint services.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding, adoption, and training on integrated systems and workflows.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely integration outcomes.
  • Act as a primary technical contact for clients during the integration phase, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT project management or client solution integration, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and business automation principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead complex technical discussions and guide clients through integration processes.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
