    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the main day-to-day contact for selected clients in luxury F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, and high-end services.
    • Host and support meetings with owners, GMs, CEOs, and senior decision-makers at various locations.
    • Coordinate discovery meetings, follow-ups, and presentations between the founders and clients.
    • Ensure every client interaction feels professional, high-end, and well-prepared.
    • Structure client information and follow up on agreed actions to ensure smooth execution.
    • Attend industry events, openings, and networking gatherings, representing Boost My Business.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, luxury retail, or client relations.
    • Based in the UAE, ideally Dubai, and able to work full-time.
    • Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
    • Strong personal presentation and confident communication style.
    • Organized, reliable, and able to manage calendars and follow-ups effectively.
