Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and effectively position Taconic’s research solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the biotech sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional service and support as a primary client contact.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in client relationship management or sales, ideally in biotechnology.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and expanding client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of genetically engineered rodent models and research services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
