Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and effectively position Taconic’s research solutions.

- Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional service and support as a primary client contact.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in client relationship management or sales, ideally in biotechnology.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and expanding client accounts.
- Strong understanding of genetically engineered rodent models and research services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
