Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the client service team to deliver exceptional customer support.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a client service management role, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
