Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints received via the call center.
  • Carry out outbound calls to follow up on customer complaints.
  • Provide appropriate responses to customer queries.
  • Escalate complex complaints to the Complaints Resolution Unit for effective resolution.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with all customers.
  • Participate in providing input to ADIB management based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experienced in problem-solving and managing customer feedback.
  • Thorough understanding of banking systems, policies, products, and procedures.
  • High level of analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of banking laws, policies, procedures, and practices.
