Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all client services and member inquiries efficiently.
- Support new member onboarding processes and contribute to member retention strategies.
- Facilitate smooth communication across various cooperative channels, including Slack and listserv.
- Assist in organizing and executing community events, meetups, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to contribute to the strategic direction and growth initiatives.
- Guide members to relevant subgroups and resources tailored to their entrepreneurial needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client services, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong passion for supporting entrepreneurs and fostering community growth.
- Proficiency with modern communication and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack).
