Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Oversee the delivery of digital services to clients in the pharmaceutical and medical aesthetics sectors.
• Provide consultancy and support to aesthetic clinics and medical brands.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor client account performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client services or account management, preferably in the digital or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and IT consulting principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience working with clients in the pharmaceutical and medical aesthetics sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
