Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client success, account management, or similar client-facing role, preferably in B2B marketing or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, revenue marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction and retention.
