Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of demand generation campaigns.
- Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and expansion of services.
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss progress and future strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client success, account management, or similar client-facing role, preferably in B2B marketing or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, revenue marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction and retention.
