Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure long-term success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, support, and strategic guidance.
- Understand client business objectives and ensure INFUSE solutions align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal demand generation and revenue marketing performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, provide regular updates, and present key insights to clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion within the client portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in B2B marketing or IT services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with demand generation, digital marketing, IT solutions, or software development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
