Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and administer employee benefits programs.
• Provide administrative support to the consulting and benefits teams.
• Process new business and renewals for employee benefits schemes.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Liaise with insurers and other third parties as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Clients Administrator or similar role in employee benefits.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and employee benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
