    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide evidence-based counselling and psychological support to clients in Lithuania.

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional standards.

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, or a closely related field.
    • Entry-level experience or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Ability to work effectively in a digital-first mental healthcare environment.
    • Empathy, compassion, and a strong commitment to client wellbeing and ethical practice.
    • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Lithuanian is a significant advantage.
