Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based counselling and psychological support to clients in Lithuania.
- Conduct initial assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Utilize Intellect’s digital platform to deliver virtual and potentially in-person therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional standards.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health and wellbeing.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, or a closely related field.
- Entry-level experience or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a digital-first mental healthcare environment.
- Empathy, compassion, and a strong commitment to client wellbeing and ethical practice.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Lithuanian is a significant advantage.
