    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and support all phases of clinical study operations.
    • Manage essential clinical trial documentation and regulatory submissions.
    • Facilitate effective communication between clinical sites, laboratory teams, and internal stakeholders.
    • Track clinical study progress, ensuring strict adherence to protocols, timelines, and budgets.
    • Assist with the collection, quality control, and reporting of clinical data.
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical operations processes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a life science, nursing, or related health field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical operations, clinical research, or a related field within the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
