Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support all phases of clinical study operations.
- Manage essential clinical trial documentation and regulatory submissions.
- Facilitate effective communication between clinical sites, laboratory teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Track clinical study progress, ensuring strict adherence to protocols, timelines, and budgets.
- Assist with the collection, quality control, and reporting of clinical data.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical operations processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science, nursing, or related health field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical operations, clinical research, or a related field within the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
