    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from initiation to close-out.
    • Ensure strict adherence to study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
    • Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible study participants.
    • Collect, record, and maintain accurate study data and source documentation.
    • Communicate effectively with study sponsors, investigators, and other team members.
    • Assist in preparing for and participating in study audits and monitoring visits.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in clinical research coordination, ideally at a mid-senior level.
    • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and FDA regulations.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in data entry, electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
