Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from initiation to close-out.
- Ensure strict adherence to study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible study participants.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate study data and source documentation.
- Communicate effectively with study sponsors, investigators, and other team members.
- Assist in preparing for and participating in study audits and monitoring visits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in clinical research coordination, ideally at a mid-senior level.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and FDA regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry, electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
