Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operational performance and financial targets of assigned hotel clusters.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of world-class hospitality and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain stringent quality standards for service, facilities, and cleanliness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational managers and staff.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across properties.
• Ensure full compliance with all brand standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior directorial or cluster management role.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives in a multi-property environment.
• Deep understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and guest service best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
