Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for multiple cluster properties.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a similar cluster director role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share in a competitive environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international market segments for luxury hotels.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing software, CRM systems, and digital marketing strategies.
