Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-alcoholic beverages according to Shangri-La’s standards.
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee station and lounge area.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
