Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Collection Analyst or in a similar financial role (3 Year+ preferred).
• Strong understanding of collection processes, financial principles, and accounting practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
