Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all accounts receivable and collections activities.
• Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, customer accounts, and vendor statements.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on collection status and reconciliation progress.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections and reconciliation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
