Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commercial and sales teams.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of commercial proposals, contracts, and tender documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client communications, and commercial data.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Process customer orders, invoices, and other related commercial documentation efficiently.
- Support the monitoring of delivery schedules and client follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or commercial support role.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the power generation or marine industry is considered an advantage.
