    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for direct customer email inquiries, providing product information and handling follow-ups.
    • Communicate with the factory and customer for direct/project orders, providing updates on technical submittals, project timelines, and delivery schedules.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., ISS, operations, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and product delivery.
    • Manage project execution tasks such as documentation, tracking milestones, and coordinating with stakeholders.
    • Prepare sales reports to help the sales team focus on closing deals.

    Requirements

    • Project support experience from project bid evaluation, specifications, and project documentation for Water & HPI market-related projects.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
    • A collaborative mindset to support the sales team and other departments.
