Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Oversee and expand leading online shops and innovative e-marketing/e-learning platforms.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across target regions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage commercial teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Ensure continuous innovation in healthcare communication strategies and solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.
Requirements
- Proven track record of 10+ years in a senior commercial or director role, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or e-commerce.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of the CEE region’s healthcare market and digital marketing landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to drive innovation and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Czech languages is highly preferred.
