Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all common areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and public facilities.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met.
  • Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other common areas as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety, sanitation, and waste disposal policies and procedures.
  • Assist guests with inquiries or direct them to appropriate staff members when required.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in cleaning or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude for customer service interactions.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
