Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with Qatar Foundation’s mission and objectives.
  • Manage media relations, public engagement, and reputation management efforts.
  • Oversee the creation and dissemination of compelling content across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity in all internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to effectively promote programs, initiatives, and achievements.
  • Monitor and analyze communication campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in communications or public relations, preferably within a large organization or non-profit sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful communication strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.
  • Proven expertise in media relations, content creation, and digital communication trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
