Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies for various Trust initiatives.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure staff are well-informed and engaged.
  • Create engaging content for press releases, social media, website, and other platforms.
  • Support media relations activities, responding to inquiries and managing press interactions.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to Trust guidelines across all communications.
  • Assist in the dissemination of important patient information and public health campaigns.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in a communications, public relations, or marketing role is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of the NHS environment and healthcare communications (desirable).
