Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies for various Trust initiatives.
- Manage internal communications to ensure staff are well-informed and engaged.
- Create engaging content for press releases, social media, website, and other platforms.
- Support media relations activities, responding to inquiries and managing press interactions.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to Trust guidelines across all communications.
- Assist in the dissemination of important patient information and public health campaigns.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in a communications, public relations, or marketing role is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
- Understanding of the NHS environment and healthcare communications (desirable).
