Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned communities, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance.
• Manage resident relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with property management teams for maintenance, security, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with community rules, regulations, and local laws.
• Facilitate community events and initiatives to foster a vibrant and engaging living environment.
• Prepare reports on community performance, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management or real estate operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse residents and staff.
• Ability to handle resident issues professionally, demonstrating excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and community best practices in the UAE.
• Proficiency in relevant property management software and office applications.
• Associate level experience or equivalent background in a supervisory role.
