Identify potential areas of compliance risk and propose effective mitigation strategies. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track their effectiveness. Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and compliance best practices. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a culture of compliance within the organization. Requirements Proven experience in compliance auditing or a related field, preferably within the IT or tech industry. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal control principles. Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex audit findings clearly and concisely to all levels of management.
