Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive compliance programs.
- Monitor relevant regulatory changes and ensure all company processes align with current laws and standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify potential compliance risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate compliance reports to internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance, administrative, or related support role.
- Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks within the staffing, HR, or IT industries.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn compliance software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work collaboratively within a team.
