Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the firm’s operations remain compliant with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and internal audits to identify potential risks.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time.
- Foster a strong compliance culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector (Investment, Life & Pensions, General Insurance, or Banking).
- Strong understanding of UK and European financial regulations (e.g., FCA, PRA, MiFID II).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory information clearly and concisely.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ICA Diploma) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
