Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate money-laundering and terrorist-financing risks.
• Oversee Know Your Customer (KYC), Ultimate Beneficiary Owner (UBO) verification, and due diligence.
• Implement and maintain monitoring systems to detect and report suspicious activities or transactions.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure adherence to record-keeping and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Provide regular reports to management on compliance performance, risks, and areas of concern.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Mandatory certification: ACAMS.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in compliance / AML / KYC / corporate services.
• Solid knowledge of AML/CTF laws and regulations, and Economic Substance (ES) compliance requirements.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
