Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with DIFC regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance monitoring and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Manage regulatory filings, reports, and communications with relevant authorities.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, reporting findings to senior management.
• Stay updated on changes in DIFC laws, rules, and regulations and advise on their impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a compliance role, preferably within the DIFC or UAE financial sector.
• Strong understanding of DIFC regulations, particularly DFSA rules and guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ICA Diploma) are highly desirable.
