Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with all relevant DIFC and UAE financial regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential compliance vulnerabilities.
• Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies as required.
• Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within DIFC or a similar financial hub.
• In-depth knowledge of DIFC regulatory framework, AML/CFT, and other financial compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
