Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with university and national regulations.
- Monitor relevant legal and administrative changes to ensure continuous adherence.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Provide expert guidance and training to university staff on compliance best practices.
- Investigate and report on any compliance breaches or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with legal, administrative, and other departments to foster a culture of compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a compliance, legal, or administrative role, preferably in higher education.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and ethical standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
