Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) to perform various machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and detect malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator (2+ years experience preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in all machining tasks.
• Good mathematical skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a manufacturing team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a production environment.
