Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and counsel on all aspects of construction and infrastructure projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of construction and project-related contracts.
- Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant construction laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation pertaining to construction matters.
- Advise on project finance, real estate, and public procurement aspects within projects.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a reputable university.
- Admitted to practice law in Slovenia or a relevant EU member jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience specializing in construction and project law.
- Proven track record of managing complex legal cases within the construction industry.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Slovenian is essential for this role.
