Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive back-office support for construction projects.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and technical specifications.

• Support the implementation of quality control and health & safety procedures.
• Analyze project data and contribute to performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction engineering or project support.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
