Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety procedures, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Problem-solving aptitude and strong attention to detail.
