Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ascertaining their dining needs in the Bar.
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart, monitoring restaurant activity for seating and dining flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Take bookings for the Restaurant via telephone, fax, and emails, and deal promptly with all inquiries.

Requirements

• Ideally, 1-2 years of similar or relative experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Well-versed in hotel systems.
• Amenable to working rotating shifts.
