How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Visaboards mobile app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
3. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
4. Submit the request. Your account access ends immediately after deletion completes.

How to request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email [email protected] from the address on your Visaboards account with the subject line Account deletion request. Include your full name and the email used to register. We process requests within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or irreversibly de-identify personal profile data tied to your account, including your name, email, profile photo, private messages you sent where feasible, and account credentials.

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup recovery (typically up to 90 days in backups, longer only if the law requires). Public community posts or content you shared with others may remain in anonymized form or be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can edit or remove profile details, photos, and many posts from within the app while keeping your account. For help removing specific data, contact [email protected].
