Request your Verified badge
The Verified badge helps users trust that an expert or company is real, reviewable, and accountable. You can sign up with any email, but we only award the badge when your profile is tied to a genuine company domain email and passes our review.
Company domain email
A work email on your organization’s domain (for example [email protected]). Personal webmail addresses such as Gmail or Yahoo are not eligible for the Verified badge.
Registered company details
Legal business name, country of registration, and your official company registration or incorporation number.
Proof of business identity
Business registration certificate, trade license, or equivalent government-issued document showing the company is active.
Company website or online presence
A live website, LinkedIn company page, or other public profile that matches the business name and services you list on Visa Boards.
Primary contact verification
Government-issued photo ID of the account owner or authorized representative, plus proof that they can act for the company.
Professional credentials (if applicable)
Immigration consultant license, RCIC, MARA, OISC, or other regulated credentials relevant to the services you offer.

- 2Complete your company profile, services, and public branding.
- 3Switch your account email to a company domain address, or confirm the one on your profile matches your organization.
- 4Submit your verification request from Expert Help with the documents listed above.
- 5Our team reviews your submission (usually within 3–5 business days) and emails you when approved or if more information is needed.
After signup, open Expert Help and start a ticket titled Verification request. Attach clear scans or PDFs of the documents above.
