Request data deletion

Delete data yourself in the app

1. Open the Visaboards app and sign in.
2. Update or clear profile fields (name, photo, bio, location) under Profile.
3. Remove posts, comments, or other content you created where the app allows delete/edit.
4. Changes save to your account without deleting the account itself.

Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] from your Visaboards account email with subject Data deletion request. Tell us which data you want removed (for example profile photo, specific posts, or phone number). We respond within 30 days.

What is deleted or kept

We delete or update the personal data you request when it is under our control and not required to keep the service running for your remaining account. We may retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backups (typically up to 90 days in backups, longer only if required by law).
