Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee site operations, resource allocation, and contractor management.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior construction management role within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and large teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in Oman or the GCC region is preferred.
