Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to close-out.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, preferably in unique or high-end projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools.
